confidence. We dedicate our afternoons at shakti to the children! We also
offer adult classes at the same time so you can bring your kids to shakti and
get a workout at the same time! Kid’s Yoga and Art – Kids improve coordination, balance, and
have fun while discovering how to relax and focus their energies and attention
through yoga exercises geared for children’s growing bodies and art
projects to bring out their creative potentials!
Yoga Tots – It's never too early for your Kids to learn how to relax, have fun, and improve co-ordination! Yoga Tos classes are offered to children of ages 2 to 4 years on Tuesdays at 3:00-4:00pm
