Shakti Yoga – Named after the feminine energy within us all, in this class, created by Shakti founder, Sharon McConnell, you discover the strong connection with your own creative and dynamic nature in this class through postures, breath and conscious awareness.

Restorative Yoga - Restorative poses calm the mind and rejuvenate body and spirit. Deep poses are supported by blankets, blocks, straps and other props... This form of yoga is especially beneficial for health and reduces the affects of stress-related diseases.

Sculpting, Circuit and Cardio

Total Body Challenge– A challenging, ‘results guaranteed’ sculpting class to tone and strengthen every muscle group using a combination of free weights, stability ball, bands and targeted exercise. 

Total Body Attack – Every body part will be challenged in this high intensity, complete workout using light weights and the stability ball.

Strength Circuit – Nadine’s Friday Special!  A unique combo of cardio and weights like only Nadine can do it—you will get your heart rate up and sculpt every major muscle group in this high energy workout!

Circuit Weight Training – Join us in our beautiful personal weight training room for a small, personalized workout on our state of the art Jones and Body Craft X-4 Machines.  Complete your mind body fitness routine with this amazing toning class.

Fitness for Kids

At Shakti, we believe the children are our future, and their future should begin with fitness and finding their own inner strength and confidence.  We dedicate our afternoons at shakti to the children! We also offer adult classes at the same time so you can bring your kids to shakti and get a workout at the same time!

Kid’s Yoga and Art – Kids improve coordination, balance, and have fun while discovering how to relax and focus their energies and attention through yoga exercises geared for  children’s growing bodies and art projects to bring out their creative potentials!

Yoga Tots – It's never too early for your Kids to learn how to relax, have fun, and improve co-ordination! Yoga Tos classes are offered to children of ages 2 to 4 years on Tuesdays at 3:00-4:00pm
